Jimmy's Farm Rare Breed, Free Range Pork
Jimmy's Farm is famous for its rare breed pork principally because of the exceptional flavour our free range pigs brings to the table.
As well as a wide range of sausages we produce dry-cured bacon, gammon and all fresh pork joints. We have our own smokers on the farm, creating a delicious range of Oak smoked bacons and hams. Our leg, shoulder and belly joints produce some of the best crackling that money can buy.
Our pigs are rare breed and range freely over our 150 acre farm which includes 30 acres of woodland where the pigs rootle for wild garlic and chestnuts.
We truly believe that farming in a non-intensive, free range, sustainable and traditional manner means that we produce an outstanding end product. |
