Jimmy's Farm Bacon

All our bacon is traditionally dry cured here on the farm using a combination of salt, salt petre and brown sugar.

We do a wonderful variety including Old Colchester Forest Bacon and Suffolk Black Bacon, dry cured in black treacle.

Smoked Bacon

All our bacon is smoked here on the farm over hickory or oak chippings.
