| BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT JIMMY'S FARM - Children's Birthday Parties Our birthday parties are led by Jimmy’s Farm staff, so you can relax and enjoy yourself. The activities can be tailor made to suit the age of the child, although we do not recommend the parties for children under the age of five years. The parties can be held on a Saturday or Sunday in the morning or afternoon and mid week during some school holidays. Activities Activities include meeting and feeding the pigs and piglets, collecting eggs, feeding and meeting the ferrets, chickens and guinea pigs in the paddock (Look out for the pink tractor), face painting (depending on available staff). You can also do up to two of the following: pond dipping (summer only), den building, chocolate coin treasure hunt, minibeast hunt. Duration The duration of the party is 2½ hours: 2 hours for activities and 30 minutes for food. Food Food must be pre-ordered. We will provide a Jimmy’s farm lunch, which consists of: • A sandwich (cheese or ham) Just let us know how many of each you require. • An apple • Packet of Crisps • Jimmy’s Chocolate Rocky Road • Two jugs of squash free of charge. Additional jugs will be charged at £1.00. • You may bring along a birthday cake or this may be ordered from the Chefs at a cost of £15.00. (Chocolate or Victoria Sponge) Please note however that eating time is not supervised by our staff. We would just ask that you leave the classroom as you found it and take all rubbish away Cost Cost per child for our parties is £10.00 each (for a minimum of 10 children). A £30.00 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable on the day of the party. Additional adults will be charged at £4.50 per person. £30 deposit required at booking (non refundable)- balance payable on day of party CHEQUES MADE PAYABLE TO THE ESSEX PIG COMPANY. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the date of the party; otherwise there will be a charge of £30 (deposit) |
