Meat Quality and Provenance Quality and provenance is paramount. We can tell you where every animal is raised, what they have been grown on, how and where they were dispatched and their passport number. Our Sausages are Award Winning, voted one of the top ten by the Independent Newspaper in a blind taste test. We use natural skins and the Minimum Pork content is between 85 - 93%. Using traditional and local ingredients, including herbs grown by Rosemary Chandler at Norfolk's Finest Herbs, we pride ourselves on a rather fantastic sausage range.
We also produce our own Dry Cured Bacon on site using traditional, artisan methods . No added water we promise! We also produce a wonderful range of Smoked Bacon which is smoked on site over oak or hickory chippings.
During Christmas we can offer everything from your Christmas Kelly Bronze Turkey to all your Trimmings! Pigs in Blankets, Chipolatas and Boxing Day Gammon all available.

His experience and knowledge is an inspiration - he's even got our first Jimmy's Farm Air-Dried Hams hanging and has created some incredible Salt Beef. Home Delivery If you can't make it to our farm shop we offer Home Delivery which brings our produce direct to your doorstep.
